Just as we carefully craft each synthetic and human hair wig to meet your expectations, we’ve designed this policy to be as seamless as our lace front wigs. Whether you need a different size (perhaps a petite cap or large cap wig), style, or color, we’re here to help you find your perfect match.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled with heat (for our heat styleable synthetic wigs), or otherwise altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return. See template below.
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship to:

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via standard shipping.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
