Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your wig as much as we love crafting them. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s our simple process:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wigs that have been worn, styled with heat (including our heat styleable synthetic wigs), or otherwise altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product pages)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
  4. Ship Your Return: Package item securely with RMA number and ship to:

  5. Processing: We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days

Refund Information

  • Timeline: Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing

  • Exchanges: We cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
