Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your wig as much as we love crafting them. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s our simple process:
Eligibility Requirements
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Wigs that have been worn, styled with heat (including our heat styleable synthetic wigs), or otherwise altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such on product pages)
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and RMA number
- Ship Your Return: Package item securely with RMA number and ship to: Wig Specialty Shop Returns

Refund Information
- Timeline: Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing
